GLS completed in June 2015 the acquisition of 3 retail sections and a small parking garage in Sandakerveien 101B in Oslo. The retail areas are all leased out to Pizza & Kina Expressen where they have a restaurant, the centralized take away kitchen and their office head quarters. The building is new build, and was acquired from the developers Obos, AF Gruppen and Skips AS Tudor.
