Greenwich Land Securites AS is a private investment company founded by Paal Hveem in 1997. The company has a wide range of investments within Real Estate, Bonds and equites.

The current actively managed real estate portfolio consists of investment and development projects in Norway, Denmark and Spain. There are ca. 60,000 sqm of logistics, office and retail properties in the portfolio in addition to a land bank of ca. 50,000 sqm.
