GLS acquired in may 2014 a retail section at Majorstuveien 17. The section of 80 sqm was empty, and has now been totally refurbished. A new 5 year lease has been signed with Luxury Beds AS.

Adolph Tidemandsgate 12 also called “Borggården” in Lillestrøm was aquired in June 2014. The property consist of 3791 sqm of retail space + a parking garage with 57 spaces. The main tenants are Jysk AS, Jølstad Begravelsesbyrå AS, Fellingen Symaskinsenter ANS, BDO AS, DNB Bank ASA, DNB Eiendom AS and Gjensidige Forsikring ASA.

Greenwich Land Securities completed in September 2014 a 15 year sale leaseback on Bredmyra 4 in Sarpsborg with the Frigaard Group. The office building is from 1988 and consist of 3.873 squaremeters. The property is leased out to 15 different companies both within and outside the Frigaard Group.

GLS completed in June 2015 the acquisition of 3 retail sections and a small parking garage in Sandakerveien 101B in Oslo. Greenwich Land Securities comleted in September two transactions in a wholly owned parking company. In a relatively newly build parking garage in Frimannsgate at Pilestredet we have aquired 25 spaces, and in also a relatively newly build parking garage in Teglverksgata at Grünerløkka we have aquired 50 spaces.

Our jointly owned development project in Tønsberg is shown the front page of Tønsbergs Blad where we are planning ca. 400,000 sqm of new residential and commercial buildings. The project is up for regulation in Q1 2015.
